§ 2-62. Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised.

The provisions of this division shall serve as the rules and procedures of the city council. In the absence of applicable rules and procedures, which may from time to time be encountered during the public meetings, Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised, shall be followed.
