If a partnership, each partner shall be responsible for the actions of the named licensee
and the conduct of the licensed business. If a corporation, the corporation, its officers
and directors shall be responsible for the actions of the named licensee and the conduct
of the licensed business. If a nonprofit organization, its officers, directors, or
governing authority shall be responsible for the actions of the named licensee and
the conduct of the licensed business.
