§ 6-101. Eligibility for license.

(a)

A consumption on the premises license may be granted only to the establishments described in this article and subject to the specified conditions.

(b)

Full-service kitchen as used in this article shall mean a kitchen with a three- compartment pot sink, a stove or grill permanently installed, and a refrigerator, all of which must be approved by the county health department and city fire department.
