Any licensee who has any disciplinary action taken against him or any of his employees
who sell, take orders for, deliver, or handle alcoholic beverages by any governmental
authority (municipal, county, state, or federal) shall notify the chief of police
and the city manager of such action within five days of such action. The following
shall be considered to be disciplinary action: any arrest; the issuance of any citation;
any indictment, presentment, or accusation; any conviction, including the acceptance
of a plea of nolo contendere; any penalty imposed by any regulatory agency; and any
other written charge or reprimand against the licensee or any of his employees. The
provisions of this section shall not apply with respect to citations for traffic offenses.
