§ 107-46. Reference to Georgia law.
It is the intent of the city council that this development impact fee ordinance of Sandy Springs, Georgia, complies with the terms and provisions of the Georgia Development Impact Fee Act (O.C.G.A. § 36-71-1 et seq. as amended). To the extent that any provision of this chapter is inconsistent with the provisions of said O.C.G.A. ch. 36-71, the latter shall control. Furthermore, to the extent that this chapter is silent as to any provision of said O.C.G.A. ch. 36-71 that is otherwise made mandatory by said O.C.G.A. ch. 36-71, such provision shall control and shall be binding upon the city.
