§ 6.2.7. Stoop

A small raised platform that serves as an entrance to a building.

A.

A stoop must be no more than 6 feet deep (not including the steps) and 6 feet wide.

B.

A stoop may be covered but must not be fully enclosed.

C.

A stoop may extend up to 10 feet, including the steps, into a primary or side street setback (see Sec. 6.1.2.B.).
