§ 6.5.1. Applicability

Any residential garage constructed in the RD-, RU-, or RT- zoning districts and all single-unit attached development after the effective date of this code must meet the following standards. In addition to the standards provided below, attached and detached garages must meet all applicable requirements for either principal buildings or accessory structures as specified in this Code.
