§ 6.5.3. Single Unit Attached Dwelling

For single unit attached dwellings, garage placement must meet the following standards.

A.

Rear-Loaded

1.

Garage must be placed entirely to the rear of the townhouse and is rear-accessed. Garage may be attached or detached.

2.

Garage doors must face the rear alley or easement.

3.

The garage door must be either:

a.

Less than 6 feet from the edge of alley pavement; or

b.

More than 20 feet from the edge of alley pavement.
