The design standards of this Division apply to:

A.

All nonresidential buildings in Protected Neighborhoods;

B.

All buildings in RT, RM- and RX- Districts;

C.

All buildings in Corridors & Nodes districts except CC- and IX-; and

D.

All buildings in Perimeter Center districts.
